2009-12-25 | Day 482 | 38688 km

Daniel | 2009-12-25

One might ask oneself, what is the second of the two significant events that occurred only because I left a note under the window wiper of another German vehicle somewhere in North India.
For a long time, I didn’t know how to leave the subcontinent India. I could have packed my motorbike onto a ship or into a cargo aeroplane and payed a lot of cash. It didn’t seem easy to circumnavigate Burma or China, because those countries aren’t really happy to allow independedindependent travellers on their own vehicles, to pass through. I wouldn’t have dared to even dream about it, but I AM IN TIBET (including Marianne)
I thought somebody who rides through Pakistan in the summer in 45C / 115F degrees heat, has to ride on top of the world in the winter :)
